We offer many different options for custom or speculative residential construction. We have experience in many different styles and approaches to home building from start to finish. We offer new home construction and also build additions.
Renovation and Remodeling
We have a breadth of experience in remodeling and renovation to homes of all shapes and sizes. We offer expertise in period correct remodeling for historic homes as well as implementing modern approaches to classic building styles.
ABOUT
Britton C. Wild BS
Owner and project manager is a long time resident of Asheville. Britton graduated from Appalachian State University with a Bachelor of Science in Appropriate Technologies with a concentration in green building systems. He has been a builder and wood working craftsman for nearly 18 years and has understudied numerous masters in his field. Britton has a vast experience in all aspects of carpentry, residential building and woodworking.
Emery B. Wild BA, BA
Owner and Business Administrator is also a longtime resident of Asheville. Emery graduated from The University of North Carolina at Asheville with a Bachelor of Arts in both Business Studies and Spanish Language. Emery specializes in project and account management. He also heads design, project planning and execution for WC3. He works both on and off site to ensure accurate implementation of designs and to ensure that our projects meet current building standards. He has over 10 years of carpentry, residential building and wood working experience.
